1. Returns

• Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, and opened or used products.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping Returns

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number inside the package.
• Ship the package to the address provided.
